La habitación con jacuzzi que nos tocó no estaba del todo limpia, en las sabanas de la cama había cabellos de otras personas, la tv no funcionaba bien, y el jacuzzi lo prendieron hasta que mi pareja fue personalmente a buscar a un empleado xq después de hablar a recepción paso media hr y seguían sin encenderlo, pero que tal son de puntuales con ka hr de salida, no te perdonan ni 1 minuto, si tardas 5 minutos de más, van y te cobran 1 hr extra
Hay buen trato y buen servicio o al menos lo intentan, pero es de reconocer que tienen problemas con el agua caliente y la limpieza. Se nota viejo y casi descuidado. Muchas partículas de polvo y algo de humedad. No tengan alfombra si el mantenimiento será precario. No es un asco como tal, pero por poco. Buen apaño por el precio.

El hotel muy bien pero las empleadas malos modales y mu déspotas y respetuosas yo me quedo asta una semana o más y una ves q traje un perrito que por cierto no se iba a quedar en el hotel y lo eché en una de mis bolsas lo puse en el sillón y una recámara está bien déspota me dijo que lo bajara agarré y me retiré y dedicada que vengo cuando avisan que me van a dar habitación o preguntan quién es dicen la del perro nada irrespetuosas

The hotel has a good sight in decoration. The food is good and of nice cuality. The service was correct and quickly. I'm totally satisfied with the restaurant.
El lugar es cálido. Te ofrece privacidad y nadie te molesta. La atención de las personas que trabajan hay es buena. Son amables. Lo único que si te deja bastante que desear es la imagen que tiene la pintura es muy mala. Las habitaciones parecen de los 80 o 90 sin ninguna remodelación en general los muebles y las instalaciones muy descuidadas pero se compensa con el buen trabajo de la gente y la privacidad que ofrecen. Ojo hay señor dueño. El lugar necesita una manita de gato y tus muchachos una felicitación por levantar el negocio. Gracias. De cualquier modo es un lugar que voy a repetir. xD
